BI-TONE: EXPERTISE IN COLOUR
A two-coloured bonnet, inspired by the DS AERO SPORT LOUNGE concept, hides a feat of technology that perfectly combines tradition and innovation. With the Paintjet process, the solid coloured lacquer provides a perfect finish without the need for solvents or curing for peak sustainability. This technology enhances the vehicle’s elegance while conjuring up the legacy of the greatest luxury cars past and present, a first-class masterpiece.

AEROPLANE LINES
Front and back, this avant-garde and electric SUV coupé has been specially designed to maximise its aerodynamic performance and ease the passage of air. The innovative front features active air flaps that are shaped like shafts of light guiding the air flow. The sides are flowing and sculpted without edges. The door handles are flush at the front and hidden in the windows at the rear. Specifically developed for this model, the wheels also have a sleek, aerodynamic design, for an overall reduction in wheel drag and increased performance.

ROM TECHNOLOGY COCOON TO UNPARALLELED COMFORT

Inspired by the DS E-TENSE PERFORMANCE concept car, the V-shaped vertical LED light signature visually places the car on the road and asserts its width and status by highlighting electrification and technology.

It is crowned by 8 diamond-shaped LEDs aligned horizontally, taking the shape of the famous “Clous de Paris” embossed inserts, echoing the interior trim. The front is enhanced by the DS LUMINASCREEN grille which lights up and comes alive with shafts of light, like so many entrancing shooting stars.

At the rear, three-dimensional lights in a line with scale-effect patterns display a spectacular light that makes DS N°8 so individual and recognisable every time it passes by. These shafts of light enable airflow to be improved.

Travel in light and beauty
The light presentation inside DS N°8 creates a serene and soothing ambience. The subtly arranged play of light highlights the ergonomic curves and textures of the space. Each beam of light is carefully positioned to evoke visual poetry, transforming the environment into a living painting where every detail contributes to a harmonious and mesmerising atmosphere. Sensual and innovative, the X-format steering wheel is part of the brand’s development by offering new grip zones that enhance comfort and driving feel.

Nappa Leather Setting

This warm setting stands out through the premium Nappa leather with vegetable tanning from olive leaves. It is enhanced by Light Gold edging and brushed aluminium trim with golden highlights. Designed to enhance every detail in a timeless cocoon, Nappa leather adorns the watchstrap finish seats, the dashboard and the door trims. The stitching on the leather door armrests and dashboard is carried out using the ‘Point Perle’ technique, a genuine DS Automobiles signature.

FIRST CLASS COMFORT
DS N°8 pushes the boundaries of comfort to offer peak well-being whatever the season. The high level of thermal comfort provides a unique experience through features that efficiently set the interior temperature such as a heated steering wheel, neck warmer, heated, cooled and massaging seats, as well as a panoramic glass roof that floods the cockpit with natural light.
